About Amy
I first fell into photography after discovering my husband's under-used digital camera shortly after we were married. I don't devote all my time and effort to photography simply because my other passion is teaching. My profession is being an educator who molds our future generations to inherit the world. Currently I teach middle school. However, I do love taking pictures and have been asked enough to take pictures of and for people that I have gained quite an experience and varied portfolio since I started. Who knows, maybe one day I will change professions and make this my full-time job!
I'm a member of many photography social media groups, compete in various photography competitions, and actually run the American Photography group on facebook. I was published in the Boulevard of Photography's anthropology a few years ago and look forward to earning other such honors in the future!
